One Line On The Invoice
One Price, One Trigger
A patient rebookr contacted books an appointment, and then attends it. That is the moment the $32 is charged, and it is charged once.
If they book by replying to our text, it counts. If they ring reception within twenty-four hours of our message instead, it counts too, because the message is what prompted the call. If they move the appointment to another day, the fee moves with it and is still charged only once, on attendance.
Clinics who engaged us before 1 June 2026 pay $29.00 including GST until 31 December 2026. The full wording is in the clinic terms and conditions.
What You Are Never Charged For
- A monthly subscription or licence fee
- Setup, onboarding or integration work
- Text messages, however many we send
- Appointments that are cancelled
- Patients who do not arrive
- A minimum term. Thirty days written notice ends it

The Work That Does Not Land Is Ours
Every message, every conversation, and every patient who reads it and does nothing sits on our side of the ledger. A quiet fortnight costs your clinic nothing at all.
One Appointment, One Fee
A reschedule follows the appointment rather than multiplying it, and a cancellation or a no-show is never billed. We have no reason to chase a booking that was never going to hold.
Our Incentives Point Where Yours Do
We are paid for patients who come back and are seen. Not for volume of texts, not for seats, and not for a contract you forgot to cancel.
The Fortnightly Report
See Every Charge Before It Is Debited
Nothing is taken from your account that you have not already been shown. Every fortnight the report lands with the invoice, and it carries the working, not just the number.
- Every appointment rebookr booked in the fortnight, with its status.
- The ones that came in by phone within twenty-four hours of our message, marked as such.
- Reschedules shown against the appointment they came from.
- The arithmetic in full: consults billed, the rate, the total.
- Your Xero invoice attached, and the debit taken within three business days.
Fees accumulate across the fortnight and are debited on or about the first and the fifteenth of the month.
